Release of the Kubota Report 2026

July 15, 2026

Kubota Corporation

Kubota Corporation (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director, CEO: Shingo Hanada; hereinafter “Kubota”) has released the Kubota Report 2026.

This report combines the former “Integrated Report” and “ESG Report” into a single publication and provides a comprehensive overview of the Kubota Group's medium- to long-term management strategies and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. To help stakeholders better understand the Kubota Group's approach to corporate value creation and how it is being put into practice, the report presents management messages, initiatives under the Mid-Term Business Plan 2030, and ESG activities in an integrated manner that clearly illustrates their interrelationships.

This year’s report further enhances disclosures related to financial strategy and human capital strategy, while also expanding information on information security measures.

The Kubota Group will continue to promote ESG management and disclose information to all of our stakeholders through an open and transparent approach in an effort to build relationships that allow us to gain their empathy and participation.
